Training, events and conference cancellation policy
All training, events and conference registrations are transferable. Refunds will only be made if written notice of cancellation is received 20 working days prior to the event.  A 20% refund-administration fee will apply.

The PPM Group and its related entities who are responsible for maintaining this website and its directors, officers and agents believe that all the information within this site is correct. 

No warranty is made as to accuracy or reliability of the information contained herein and we disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, which may be suffered by any recipient through relying on anything contained in or omitted from www.ppmgroup.com.au.

Personal information collected by the PPM Group for PPMsystem member agencies may include (in addition to the above) but not limited to:

  • Number of properties managed
  • Trust account program used
  • Internal statistics where supplied by the member

The PPM Group collects this information as outlined below but not limited to:

  • Provide you with the services you require
  • Administer and manage the services you require
  • Inform you of services and products available
  • Research and develop our services and products
  • To gain a better understanding of your needs to enable the PPM Group to provide you with a better service
  • To maintain and develop our business systems and infrastructure

The PPM Group collects this personal information in a number of ways as outlined but not limited to:

  • Directly from you when you contact us
  • Social media platforms
  • From publicly available sources of information
